    Product Overview
    The hinge pin can be used as the pivot point of various rotary connection mechanisms. The pivot point is similar to the axis of a hinge, and the connected parts can make rotary movements.

    This type may have centering holes depending on dimensions.
    E-HCCG and E-PHCCG have identification grooves on the side in order to distinguish them from the hardened type.
    The dimension of the relief groove on the shoulder and neck is a reference value.

    Product Features
    Feature 1: It has a tolerance of g7 and is used in conjunction with bearings.
    Feature 2: Available in various shapes. The shapes include straight cotter pin type, straight retaining ring type, shouldered cotter pin type, shouldered retaining ring type, shouldered lock nut type, set screw type, shouldered set screw type, and both ends tapped type.
    Feature 3: Products made of stainless steel (austenitic stainless steel) with excellent anti-rust performance and products with the surface treatment of hard-chrome plating or electroless nickel plating are available for selection to solve the problem of rusting.
    Feature 4: L Dimension Configurable type, freely selectable in 0.1mm increments to accommodate different use environments.
    Feature 5: The L Dimension Fixed type is available at a relatively low price.

    ①Dg7 tolerance is limited to the L dimension range. Others are general tolerances.
    ②Anti-rust specification selection and maintenance.
    If there are requirements for rust prevention, give priority to products made of austenitic stainless steel, products with surface treatment of hard chrome plating or those with surface treatment of electroless nickel plating.
        Products without surface treatment need to be applied antirust oil regularly for maintenance.
    ③This product comes with 1 retaining ring, so take care to avoid missing upon receipt.
    ④Alteration is only applicable to the L dimension configurable type.
