Pivot Pins Straight, Cotter Pin

The hinge pin can be used as the pivot point of various rotary connection mechanisms. The pivot point is similar to the axis of a hinge, and the connected parts can make rotary movements.

*Dg7 tolerance is limited to the L dimension part, and others are negative tolerances.
This type may have centering holes depending on dimensions.
The dimension of the relief groove on the shoulder and neck is a reference value.
For L Dimension, common cutting and machining tolerances (medium class) are used.
E-CMG has identification grooves on the side in order to distinguish it from the hardened type (E-CLGN·E-PCLGN may have identification grooves on the side).

Feature 3: Products made of stainless steel (austenitic stainless steel) with excellent anti-rust performance and products with the surface treatment of hard-chrome plating or electroless nickel plating are available for selection to solve the problem of rusting.
Feature 4: L Dimension Configurable type, freely selectable in 0.1mm increments to accommodate different use environments.
