Pulley for round belts is a rotating component that connects to the shaft using set screws. There are U grooves and non-slip trapezoidal grooves.

When the shaft hole specification is H or P, a shaft hole diameter of 6.35 can also be selected.
( ) indicates B dimension.
Dimensions with * symbol are only provided for Shape B.
When selecting a new JIS keyway hole + threaded hole with a shaft hole diameter of 10 and a keyway width of 4 mm (height 1.8 mm), please specify NK10.

Pulleys for round belts are available in fixed screw type, clamping type, and double type.
Set Screw Type Features: Shape A that connects to the shaft using a set screw. There are two types: U grooves and non-slip trapezoidal grooves.

The U-groove type has only one contact point with the pulley, while the trapezoidal groove has three contact points with the pulley, thus increasing the slip torque.
Clamping type feature: Simply tighten the screw to connect the shaft to the axis. No machining of the shaft is required.
Dual type features: Can be used when belts are installed in a staggered arrangement.
