    Product Features
    Feature 1: Available in three materials including general structural steel, aluminum alloy and SUS304 (equivalent), in which general structural steel is available in two types of surface treatment including ferroferric oxide protective film and electroless nickel plating.
    Feature 2: Used in combination with bearing, it is available in inner ring type and outer ring type, respectively matching the inner ring and outer ring of the bearing, which assists in precise positioning of the bearing.
    Feature 3: Convenient selection of the adjusting ring for bearing according to to the standard model of bearing.
    Feature 4: The length of adjusting ring for bearing can be freely specified within the range according to the actual design needs.

    misumi CLBU MISUMI Shim Rings for Bearings Usage IntroductionThe outer side is clamped by screw washer, while the inner side is limited by collar for outer ring, thus achieving the effect of axial positioning between two bearings.
    misumi CLBU MISUMI Shim Bushings for Bearings Usage IntroductionCollars can be selected according to the standardized mounting dimensions (Ds) of bearings in the Specification Table.
    Precautions
    ①If there are requirements for rust prevention, give priority to products with surface treatment of electroless nickel plating or those made of SUS304 (equivalent).
      For surface treatment and anti-rust method, refer to Technology Page
    ②The delivery time for products with a length less than 3mm is long, while the delivery time for products with a thickness of 3mm or more is short, only 3 working days.
    ③As the matching rotary shaft requires high precision, use it in combination with MISUMI Standard Rotary Shaft whenever possible.

    It is driven by motor and uses round belt for transmission to transport thin plates and other plate-like or lightweight objects.

    Intended use of adjusting ring for bearing
    The adjusting ring is used for segmentation and precise positioning between the idler and the pulley, thus ensuring the linearity of idlers and pulleys fixed on different rotating shafts.
