Usage Method
■ Installation method for timing belt transmission
Turn off the power supply, remove the protective cover, loosen the motor assembly bolts, move the motor so that the belt is loose enough. The belt can be removed without prying. Never try to pry the belt down.
Remove the old belt and check for abnormal wear. Excessive wear may mean that there are problems in the design or maintenance of the transmission device.
Choose the right belt to replace.
To clean the belt and pulley, wipe with a cloth dipped in a small amount of non-volatile liquid. Soaking in detergent or scrubbing the belt with detergent is not advisable. To remove grease, it is also undesirable to wipe with sandpaper or scratch with a sharp object. The belt must be kept dry before installation and use.
Check the pulley for abnormal wear or cracks. If the wear is excessive, the pulley must be replaced.
Check whether the pulley is linearly symmetrical. Linear symmetry of the pulley is essential for the operation of the timing belt, especially the timing belt transmission device.

Check the remaining transmission device components, such as bearings and bushings, for symmetry, durability, lubrication and other conditions.
Install a new belt on the pulley. Never pry or use too much force.
Tighten to narrow the center distance of the transmission device until the tension tester detects that the belt tension is appropriate. Turn the driving wheel several times with your hands. Re-test tension.
Tighten the assembly bolts of the motor and correct the torque. Since any change in the center distance of the transmission device during operation will result in poor belt performance, it is important to ensure that all transmission components have been tightened.
Start the device and observe the belt performance to see if there is abnormal vibration, and listen carefully if there is abnormal noise. It is best to turn off the machine and check the conditions of the bearing and motor. If it feels too hot to the touch, the belt may be too tight, the bearing may be asymmetrical, or the lubrication may be incorrect.
Precautions
①Do not bend the belt by force.
It is strictly forbidden to bend the belt, which easily causes breakage

②Do not use in direct contact with water, solvent, oil, acid, alkali, UV, ozone, etc.

③ Please avoid using or keeping at extreme high or low temperatures beyond the operating temperature range, or in humid environments.
④ During installation and maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply and confirm that the machine is completely stopped before proceeding.
⑤ When there may be impurities, be sure to set the guard.
