Method of use
■ Mounting Method for Timing Belt Transmission
(1)Turn off the power, remove the protective cover, loosen the motor mounting bolts, and move the motor to make the belt sufficiently slack so that it can be removed without prying. Never pry the belt off.
(2)Remove the old belt and inspect for abnormal wear. Excessive wear may indicate a problem with the design or maintenance of the transmission device.
(3)Select the appropriate belt for replacement.
(4)For cleaning the belt and pulley, use a cloth dampened with a small amount of non-volatile liquid to wipe them. It is not recommended to soak the belt in cleaning agents or to scrub it with cleaning agents. Using sandpaper or sharp objects to remove grease is also not recommended. The belt must be kept dry before installation and use.
(5)Inspect the pulley for abnormal wear or cracks. If there is excessive wear, the pulley must be replaced.
(6)Check whether the pulley is aligned in a straight line. Proper alignment of the pulley is crucial for the operation of the timing belt, especially in timing belt transmission devices.

(7)Inspect the remaining transmission device components, such as the symmetry, durability, and lubrication of the bearing and bushing.
(8)When installing a new belt on the pulley, never pry or use excessive force.
(9)Adjust the center distance of the transmission device until the tension tester indicates that the belt tension is appropriate. Rotate the driving pulley by hand several times. Recheck the tension.
(10)Tighten the motor assembly bolts and correct the torque. Since any change in the center distance of the transmission device during operation can lead to poor belt performance, be sure that all transmission device components are securely tightened.
(11)Start the device and observe the belt performance. Check for any abnormal vibration and listen carefully for any abnormal noise. It is best to turn off the machine and inspect the condition of the bearings and motor.
Precaution
(1) Do not bend the belt forcefully.
Do not forcefully bend the belt, as it may easily cause breakage.
(2) Do not use in environments where there is direct contact with water, solvent, oil, acid, alkali, ultraviolet rays, ozone, etc.
Direct contact with water is not allowed in the operating environment.Do not use in an acidic environment.Avoid contact with alkaline solvent.Try to avoid contact with oil liquid.Do not expose to strong sunlight or UV ray.
(3) Avoid using or storing in extremely high or low temperatures, or in humidity, that exceed the operating temperature range.
(4) During installation or maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply and confirm that the machine is in a complete stop state before performing any operation.
(5) If there is a possibility of impurity entrapment, be sure to install a guard.
