Tabbed Brackets For Aluminum Frames, Light load

Economy-series European standard aluminum alloy profile die-cast corner brackets are a cost-effective choice for general European standard profiles.
They are widely used for right-angle connections of European standard aluminum alloy profiles. Made from the commonly used domestic material ADC12, the surface is sandblasted, with a lightweight design that has a lower load capacity than standard die-cast corner brackets, making them suitable for aluminum alloy profile connections with low load requirements.
Special accessories for European standard aluminum profiles can only be used with European standard aluminum profiles. Due to the different shapes of the profile grooves, it cannot be used with MISUMI's existing Japanese standard (JIS) profiles and other national standard profiles.

Bracket Compared with the standard corner code, the wall thickness is slightly thinner. It is suitable for the construction process of European standard aluminum alloy profiles, and the occasions with low load requirements. The quality isstable and the installation is convenient.
Specify -SET for additional processing, and it can be delivered together with commonly used bolts and nuts.

1. Bracket Mainly adopt the slotted hole design, which is convenient to change the fixed position and easy to assemble.
2. The protrusion adopts the trapezoidal oblique angle design, which increases the strength and is not easy to break, so that the assembly of the aluminum alloy profile is more stable.
3. The sandblasting surface treatment method is adopted. The appearance color is the same as the aluminum alloy profile, and after assembly, there will be no color difference in appearance color.
