Shaft Supports Space-saving Slit Cast Product

The shaft support can support and fix the shaft and also bear a certain load.
 

Feature 1: not only ensures the high retention of the slit type, but also incorporates the miniaturization of the set screw.
Feature 2: compared with the standard product, the mounting hole of the round flange economy series product is changed from 4-hole to 3-hole, which saves the on-site mounting time.
     Although the mounting hole is changed from 4-hole to 3-hole, the performance of the mounting hole is basically the same as that of the standard.
Feature 3: slit shaft support can be connected without damaging the shaft.
Feature 4: because the shaft support of the cast product is formed by molding, the product itself has a certain mold release slope.
     Compared with machined products, this product has slightly reduced precision, but it can meet the user needs of customers and its price is very low.

Before slotting, the inner hole is machined according to the tolerance of 0~+0.05. After slotting, the inner hole will deform due to stress release, and the tolerance of inner hole will change.
As it is a cast product, the external dimension tolerance before slotting will conform to the casting grade tolerance CT8

① The machining accuracy of slit shaft support is H7 before slotting, and the inner hole tolerance will become larger due to internal stress release after slotting.
② It is recommended that the shaft support is matched with shaft with tolerance of f8/h5/g6.
