Product Features

1.Implement the GB industrial aluminum profile standard, 8~10μ anodized treatment, the surface is scratch-resistant.
2.A protective film is attached to the surface of the profile to prevent friction and damage during transportation.
3.Any length can be specified within the range of 50mm~2000(2500) for cutting.
4.Compatible with various alterations such as drilling and chamfering.
5.Economy Series profiles are different from Misumi’s existing profile cross-sectional shape, and the specifications are compared as follows:

Example of Use

With 3030 series profiles, small frames, hoods, racks and other modules can be easily completed for automation equipment.

Precautions

1.The surface of the profile is covered with a protective film, and there may be a small amount of aluminum chips remaining, which is not a quality problem.
After the film is removed, the aluminum chips will be removed.
2.As it is a low cost and Economy series product, there may be small scars and defects on the surface. If you have higher requirements for the surface and end face, please select well.
