MISUMI
This is a resin roller with core material pressed into resin. There are two types of shape: straight type and bearing type.
The material properties are as follows.
Polyacetal: It has excellent mechanical strength.
[ ! ] When L≤dx3, hole d is machined from the same direction.
[ ! ] When L>dx3, hole d is machined from both ends as shown below. There is no relief in some cases.
