- Locating Pins - Large Flat Head (Press Fit) from MISUMI.
- Flat Head Type. Suitable if the mating side has limited space.
- SUS440C or 13Cr stainless has an identification groove at any position on D part.
- Polished, centering hole is may not available for SUS304.
- The material of locating pin can be selected 3 types, SKS3 Equivalent, SUS304, SUS440C or 13Cr stainless.
- The insertion guide is applicable to tolerance p6 only.
- The tolerance of locating pin head is h6.
When D < 3
a = 0.5
d = D - 0.1

a = 1.0
d = D - 0.2

[ ! ] For SUS440C or 13Cr stainless steel, an identification groove is provided on D part, unless the L dimension is short.
[ ! ] SUS304 products may not be polished and have no centering hole.
