The allowable dimensional tolerances of the rubber parts conform to DIN ISO 3302-1 M3
Since it can adsorb with a minimum of suction marking, it prevents lifting while painting after molding. However, suction marking may remain depending on the usage environment.
In order to suppress suction marking to the minimum, wipe the surface of the cup lightly with a cloth moistened with acetone before use, and adsorb 20 to 30 shots on the workpiece.
