Sales Support Staff (Chinese Speaking)
Job Description
- Team: North Sales
- Product: Factory automation components
- Location: Bac Ninh
The candidate will report to the Sales Director and will primarily be involved in the following:
- Handle customer systems in the process of Quotation, Purchase Order, Logistic documents, Payment documents
- Assist salesman in handling customers on sales and product inquiries
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers
- Responsible for account retention of new customers to achieve monthly target
- Follow up incoming sales prospect through email/call
- Actively seek opportunities to grow existing customer business
- Follow up customer quotation through the phone call closely to secure the order
- Working with cross functional department to make sure handling customer’s inquiries smoothly
- Visit customers may be required but limited
- Making reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Other assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Required fluent Chinese in both written and spoken. English is preferred.
- 1 to 2 year experience in systems as MRP, SAP…is preferred
- Diploma or Degree preferably in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics & Electrical / Industrial / Precision Engineering / Marketing
- Prefer 1 to 2 years B2B industrial sales, sales support, tele-marketing experience. Experience with Factory Automation / Electric devices is highly preferable;
- Actively/ able to handle business with less of supervision;
- Possess high energy and result-oriented
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven and customer-centered
- Good team player
