RC・RCS/RM series cut contact

· The following 3 types of machine-cut crimp contacts are available.
· Size 16 (1.6 mm pin diameter) RC, RCS/RM contact (Burndy contact).
Ultra-precise machine-cut contacts with top electric and mechanical performance. Applicable with the Souriau Industries connector series (applicable wire sizes: AWG30 to 14).
The outer spring for fixing to the connector body uses a beryllium copper ally with excellent performance.
The inner socket contact also uses a beryllium copper alloy, ensuring high and long-term connection pressure while realizing an exceedingly low connection point resistance value.
Socket contacts contain RC and RCS, and RCS is a contact with a broad opening for wider, lower insertion and extraction.
· Size 20 (1.0 mm pin diameter) RC-W/RM-W contact.
The contact body is made of highly conductive copper alloy and the outer spring is made of stainless steel. Compliant with AWG26 to 20 wires.
· Power contact Size 12 (2.4 mm diameter pin), Size 8 (3.6 mm diameter pin)
Constructed from snap-in pins and sockets cut by high-accuracy, robust machines.
