·The flat roller is made by press-molding a steel plate into an M shape to increase rigidity and reduce weight.
·The rollers are held in cage pockets and have a structure that prevents them from falling off.
·In addition, since the cage with rollers with a roller diameter of 5 mm or more has a roller support, smooth motion can be obtained without damaging the raceway surface even if the hardness of the raceway surface is low.
·These flat rollers are sandwiched between the two rolling surfaces, so as the table moves, they move in the same direction by 1/2 of the table's travel distance.

· [Standardized combination accuracy for 90° V face and plane]It is standardized so that it can be mounted on the most common 90° V-flat sliding surface of the table and saddle narrow guide system of various machines, so it can be used without major design changes.
· [Lowest friction among roller-type linear motion systems]Since the rollers are held in alignment by a lightweight and rigid cage, there is no mutual friction between the rollers and the skew of the rollers is suppressed. As a result, the coefficient of friction is as small as µ = 0.001 to 0.0025, and stick-slip, which is a problem on sliding surfaces, does not occur.
· [One-touch cage connection]When incorporating into a large machine, the flat roller can be easily connected on the bed, making assembly easy no matter how long it is.
·The rollers are single-rowed and are mainly used on flat surfaces.

·Flat rollers are ideal for large machine tools such as planers, plano millers, and roll grinders, as well as where high precision is required, such as surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, and optical measuring instruments.
