Product Overview
Urethane layer is sintered on the surface of the core material to form a roller with a high-adhesion coating layer, It is suitable for the transportation and sliding of various workpieces.

Product Feature
Feature 1: Urethane layer is directly sintered on the outer perimeter of the core material and is not easy to fall off.
Feature 2: Based on its excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance, urethane is widely used to prevent the scars and cracks that occur when brittle objects such as glass and acrylic are transported.
Feature 3: Compared with metal rollers, urethane rollers are less likely to transmit vibration and sound.
Feature 4: Urethane has low dust-generating properties.
Feature 5: Hardness can be directly identified by urethane coloring (Green: A90; Black: A70).
Feature 6: Using ether type urethane, it is more resistant to hydrolysis than ester type urethane and has lower environmental requirements, while maintaining higher mechanical strength and abrasion resistance.

Question:Question: Is there a big difference in hardness and wear resistance between economy series urethane rollers and existing products from MISUMI?
Answer:Answer: The urethane liner of the economy series urethane roller does not use hardener to adjust the hardness, and instead the raw materials of corresponding hardness are purchased directly. The results of the laboratory test show that the hardness stability is good and the deviation is small, and the wear resistance is almost the same as that of MISUMI existing products.
Question:Question: Can urethane be wiped with alcohol?
Answer:Answer: Yes, only a small amount of alcohol can be applied for wiping.
Urethane is a chemical resistant material, susceptible to corrosion. It can be dried or placed naturally after applying a small amount of alcohol. Other highly corrosive chemicals can not be applied even in small amounts.
Question:Question: With the rise of the hardness of urethane, does the friction rise?
Answer:Answer: No, urethane is an elastomer, and the lower the hardness, the higher the friction.
Question:Question: If there is a large axial load in the scenario of use, which urethane roller product should be selected?
Answer:Answer: There are urethane sintered bearing roller and urethane bonded bearing roller. If the axial load is large or the working condition is bad, the urethane bonded bearing roller may be degummed. If you have higher requirements for urethane adhesion, please choose Sintered Urethane Roller.
